GRIEVANCES CELL
Our Bank has established a Grievances Cell at Head
Office to look into the grievances of retired employees on a regular
basis. The retired employees/Association
of retired employees may take up their grievances either directly or through
the Zonal Offices with Staff Welfare Officer, HR Department, Industrial Relations
Division and in his absence Manager, HR Department, Terminal Benefits Division,
Head Office.
